From New York Times best-selling author Cassia Leo, a sexy and thrilling series about love and treachery.
At 28, Luke Maxwell is the hottest eligible bachelor in America and the billionaire CEO of Maxwell Computers. When Brina Kingston is hired by Luke's competitor as a corporate spy, Brina successfully works her way into a position in Luke's office and his bed. But she soon finds herself risking the most important assignment of her career and, possibly, the greatest love of her life.
Due to strong language and sexual content, this series is not intended for listeners under the age of 18.
Would you listen to Luke: Complete Series again? Why?
Yes, and I plan on revisiting this book many times.
What other book might you compare Luke: Complete Series to and why?
Not sure I have heard a book like this before. There are designated chapters, yet at times, the narrators re-number them, for reasons unknown. Evidently, this was originally novellas, presented as singular episodes, brought together into one.
What about Lee Samuels and Kirsten Leigh ’s performance did you like?
Both portrayed each character quite well; however, Kirsten's voice was the predominant one. Lee might have needed to put more expression into the words. Even when the nanny and male child get lost, there is little emoticon on either side. Kind of like taking Xanax, very mellow.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The best part for me was Briana sneaking into the software promotion and seeing Luke kissing the new "arm candy". I loved her reaction and how he made everything okay for his true love. Just great.
Any additional comments?
I am not recalling any BIG four letter words; in fact, I don't recall anything that wouldn't be appropriate, unless the word "orgasm" is offensive. This book was a needle in the haystack find, and I am glad to have it in my library.

It was ok. There wasn't a whole lot of character development for Luke. He seemed to be just a really nice kazillionaire. Not much history until the series was almost complete. Would have liked more character development- I didn't really love him, but didn't hate him either. He was a super nice guy I wouldn't kick out of bed, but couldn't really get close to him. By the end of the series, I started to actually learn something abt both characters and there was some meat to the story, but not until it was abt over. The narrators were easy to listen to. I like having a man narrate sometimes to mix things up.

This book had some really good ideas but unfortunately the author seemed to lazy to write the story out in a realistic way.
I loved the whole technology espionage idea but WTF. Who hires someone and has sex with them within the first few hours of meeting and hiring them? And who falls in love within the first two weeks with the only thing the couple shares is sex.
Then, who gets over losing love within a week or two starts a new relationship then plans on moving in with that new person only a couple of weeks after that?
Finally, who would be so calloused as to immediately break up with their rebound after reconnecting after about a month?
There was no real focus in this book. What’s it about corporate spies, family lose, or what?
The narration was the only wonderful thing and even these talented people couldn’t pull this story off!😢
I f I had to do it again I wouldn't. I choose it for 2 reasons....it was long and I love the narrators. besides that. The story was just ok.
How can you knowingly fall in love with a liar and a thief? How can you let the person off for deceiving you as if it never happened? Those two main characters were ridiculous and so was the story. DNF
I'm a true romantic. I was able to lose myself completely in Luke's and Brina's story. So cheered for the happy ending. Looking forward to reading/listening to more from this author!
I thought that the concept was nice. But the writing style was not my cup of tea. The first 3 books were a bit messy for my taste...jumbled and not flowing. Some things weren't plausible and others just weren't explained. The story did get a bit better for the rest of the series but repetitive in some areas. I like the idea that the love is constant which helped to make it to the end. Thank you for writing the story. It was enjoyable.
Enjoyed this story and the characters! The narrators did a great job. Another story well done Ms. Leo.
it was hard to put down. loved the storyline and this book. can't wait to read more from this author.
Very good for me love last of the Rest of it. Wish there was more..... Luke is hot very h

What did you like best about this story?
touching on PTSD
What does Lee Samuels and Kirsten Leigh bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
emotions & feelings come through
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Any additional comments?
loved the Luke series & will listen to it again no doubt
I was disappointed. I really wanted it to be special but I found the plot too easy going. No suspence, no surprises, no drama, just plain straight story. Don't get me wrong, it is a good basic concept but I think the author could have enriched the ideas and develop the story more. I honestly got bored. I had nothing to expect every time The chapter changed.
I am giving a three star because it was a good basic strory but it was left at that.
