Underwhelming

I bought this because reviews claimed the reader was fantastic but I really didn't enjoy the way he read. Other readers give a performance of the story, Jeffrey clearly reads the book with abrupt sentence endings in the same way a child reads.
For me the story was lacking, but I'm perhaps with a better performance I would have enjoyed it more.
