Publisher's Summary

Tessa has everything to lose. Hardin has nothing to lose...except her. After We Collided... Life will never be the same.

After a tumultuous beginning to their relationship, Tessa and Hardin were on the path to making things work. Tessa knew Hardin could be cruel, but when a bombshell revelation is dropped about the origins of their relationship - and Hardin’s mysterious past - Tessa is beside herself.

Hardin will always be...Hardin. But is he really the deep, thoughtful guy Tessa fell madly in love with despite his angry exterior - or has he been a stranger all along? She wishes she could walk away. It’s just not that easy. Not with the memory of passionate nights spent in his arms. His electric touch. His hungry kisses.

Still, Tessa’s not sure she can endure one more broken promise. She put so much on hold for Hardin - school, friends, her mom, a relationship with a guy who really loved her, and now possibly even a promising new career. She needs to move forward with her life.

Hardin knows he made a mistake, possibly the biggest one of his life. He’s not going down without a fight. But can he change? Will he change...for love?

Rinse and repeat…

Wow, awful lot of fighting in this book…fists, shouting, screaming. It’s a bit over the top and not a lot of story or character development. The parts with Zed are interesting. Tessa gets a bit pathetic and I can’t believe just how many times Hardin stuffs up…apologises…is finally forgiven…and pulls exactly the same crap…and around it goes again…and again…and again. Like I said, it’s a bit over the top really. I think Anna Todd decided she was on a good thing and is stretching it out as long as possible!

Narration - I am yet to hear a man do a woman’s voice without either sounding like a breathy porn star…or a drag Queen! And when women try to read a man’s part they come across very monotone.

i liked it but the first book was a lot better as there wasn't as much drama in this book.

Thank You Anna Todd!

Love it just as much as the first one! Great story and couldn’t help but read the entire series so many times over and over again. Captivating and emotion provoking.

Shane East !!

I Loved the book, And i love Elizabeth louise, He Voice is nice, but I have to say I cringed every time Shane east tried to talk as Tessa or Molly, it just sound like he’s mocking them, but overall I liked his Hardin voice

Better than the first book

Gotta admit that whilst I struggled through the first book, this one was much better.
I was relieved by the two perspectives, and having access to Hardin's side brought more dimension to the story and interestingly, I found myself sympathizing with Hardin more than Tess.
Same as book 1, it got a bit repetitive with the back and forth, but not unbearable.
Well read by both narrators.

How did Shane East get this role?

Not as good as book one! Shane East? Really! His voice was not suitable for portraying Hardin. His voice sounds very old and not to mention his female voice was cringe worth. The only thing going for him in this novel was his accent but still he was difficult to listen to.

Anna Todd is a fantastic writer

Would’ve been a much more enjoyable experience if Hero voiced Hardin and Elizabeth Louise narrated the rest (even though she does a great job voicing Hardin). Shane East isn’t my favourite narrator but he does a great job of the male voices, just not the female character 😣

It's the narrating for me

I originally was drawn in, by the end I was over it and have had to take a break before starting the next book.
I didn't like the male narrator speaking the female role, it sounded odd and made me cringe.

BRILLIANT!

Loved it even more than the first the suspense of the last sentence draws you in so you need to read the third book! I have never wanted to read a series more than the after series by Anna Todd my new favourite author. Your on the edge. Emotional. Captivating. Awesome.
