I’m a person that has fear’s about leaving my home and many other fears too. I’ve read this book several times in the past month’s and I’m now venturing out into the world much more.
I know I’ll reference this book more and more to help me use the tools provided to achieve my fearless freedoms. I recommend this book to all and any whom like me find it hard to step out of their own front door. I’m so grateful for this little book of courage.

I found this book when I needed it. Refers a lot to things like tapes quite often which dates it but the points are very useful. I will be listening again to go through the activities.
