Painful to listen to

Waste of time. So monotone it's painful to listen to. Don't bother with this book waste of time and money.

Dont buy this

I found this hypnosis without use. The person who did the tape has an unpleasant voice which made it hard to listen to. Worse still, the information was insipid, even to a novice who has just begun to try to lose weight. I suggest you skip this one.

Need a Slight Edit

I prefer Mindfulness Training to others for meditation/self help.

I found this to be very soothing to slip into, listen, and follow instructions.

It was slightly subpar, compared to the other MT I’ve listened to. The narrator was a little better than ok, but not ideal. The writing -sentence structure and choice of words weren’t always smooth and ideal.

Does it work? I’d say yes! After listening a few nights, I definitely found myself making smaller portions when dining.

Rubbish

I bought this thing it was for weight lost nothing like it .
It is just meditation.
