the meal plans and the exercise plans.

This one is very encouraging, thought provoking and motivating. There are a lot more detailed menus, and more variety within the exercise program. I would have preferred a more specific worksheet for the meal plan and workout plan.. You have to flip around quite a bit in the book when trying to use it with the meal plans and the exercise plans.

struggled with our weight and this process seems

This book is a must, straight forward and plainly listen. As someone who is starting a new journey for a better healthier life, I have already brought my wife along for the adventure in a healthier more active way of life. plan to improve your health for life

I followed the meal plans for the first few weeks & didn't enjoy it so I have moved on to using the guidelines for customizing your own meals and have lost 16.5 pounds so far. Even on days when my chronic migraine keeps me in bed all day, I am progressing toward a healthier lighter me because I am improving my metabolism. It is so I empowering to know how to properly fuel your body and not feel tired and hungry because of a diet, but instead to create a sustainable eating plan to improve your health for life and have the energy to really live.

effect I am having with my weight.

The recipes are delicious and simple. The plan is easy to follow. If I don't like one of the meals set up for the day, I swap it out. The ONLY thing negative I can say is that some of the recipes use which I just plain can't stand the taste of. I either swap it with a teaspoon of hone.

There are some great recipes in this book! So far my favorite is the Butternut Squash Chili. So good and I plan to make it all the time now!

There are some great recipes in this book

The concept is great, but to purchase all the ingredients for the recipes a person would have to make a fortune to afford them. The book is a good thing, the encouragement and exercises are also great. I would recommend this book, just be prepared if you follow the recipes to a "T" it will get very expensive very fast.

recipes and meal plans are amazing

I was excited to pre-order this book and was even more excited when I opened it. Their recipes and meal plans are amazing! You will not feel like you are depriving yourself or missing out on anything with their meal plan. It's very easy to succeed by following their guidelines as they provide the recipes AND tell you what to eat everyday for the 21 days.

need to follow the exact meals.

This book is amazing! You do not need to follow the exact meals. For example, if I only like one high carb breakfast meal, I could eat that for the 4 days of high carbs. You only need to eat a different one when it is the low carb days or rest day, but they have lots of different recipes. The main idea is food preparation and that is what will make you successful with this extreme transformation.

they explain their philosophy to eat

I have always worked out but struggled with my dieting and portion size. The recipes in this book are great and they explain their philosophy for when and what to eat and why. I have been following the plan for a month now and feel great! I lost weight but I have noticed more definition in my muscles and am stronger in my workouts.

really enjoyed the new recipes and being

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the cooking part of this program. When listing , I thought, how will I keep up and still keep my daily schedule? I was able to and the mess in the kitchen was minimal. I just really enjoyed the new recipes and being surprised how flavorful they were. This really is doable and the results have been great.

try something new and I like to eat the same meals

I found the book to be very informative and the meal plan easy to follow. More importantly, the food was great! Couple of things: I already work out 4 times a week with a trainer so I didn't do the missions, I already eat healthy but wanted to try something new and I like to eat the same meals over and over.

meals a day keeps you form being hungry

This is something I can do forever. listing the book gave me an idea of what I need to know. I've been doing carb cycle for 25 days I'm down 11 pounds. Still have more to lose but I will continue to do the cycles until I get there!
