Buyer beware! This is not the right book if you want to try this approach

This book is so broad brush about the topic and is full of junk information like ‘on keto you can eat as many calories as you like and still lose weight’.
It could really set people off on a bad path if they weren’t careful.
If you’re really keen to try this approach read the authors with strong science behind them so you can make an informed decision. Dr Jason Fung, Dr Michael Mosley, Dr Joseph Mercola. Or for a really good accessible read anything by Mark Sissons like Keto for Life or Gin Stephens Fast Feast Repeat. And start listening to the IF podcast by Melanie Avalon and Gin Stephens.
They will all see you right.
For me I’ll be returning this one unfinished. Not worth the time.
