Göran Hägg (1947-2015) var en svensk litteraturvetare, författare, kritiker och debattör som skrev skönlitteratur, historiska och litteraturhistoriska böcker samt radioteaterpjäser. Han tilldelades Aftonbladets litteraturpris 1974.
