So...

So to really be honest this book is unrealistic. It's what I'd call a fluff book with lots of HOT sex in it and I loved it. I love to escape into a totally unrealistic story filled with things that's never going to happen to me except for in an imaginary world. Sometimes thats the whole point of a book, pure escapism. This book was a prime example of that for me. I thoroughly enjoyed peeking into the unusal romance of Riley and her two men. The author throws a touch of "danger" into the story and I like that too.

** Warning** If your not into graphic sexual content and MMF sexual situations then your not going to like this book.

My only complaints about the book are it was not long enough, and at some points in it I did not like the narration. I do think it was worth the price I paid for it though and I'm well pleased. The sexy parts are very good!

The beginning of an incredible series

Would you consider the audio edition of A Table for Three to be better than the print version?

Loved them both

Have you listened to any of Christian Fox’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to him in the other two books in this series, he does a great job changing his tone for the different characters

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The 911 moments, Christian did a really good job with conveying the emotion of the characters.

Any additional comments?

If you havent read or listened to any of Laniey Reese's books please start with this one. You will be hooked from the start, she is an incredible writer, and Christian Fox does a great preforming her books.

*** Erotica Romance at it's best ***

Where does A Table for Three rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

A Table For Three, This is one of my top menage love erotica story's. We have two Alpha males, who have it all, with a touch of kink...( trust me, yummy , hot, and two domanent men who can take over in a bedroom and have you tied up, with out batting an eye) we get to meet a sexy detective ( who loves to watch : ), and a crazy, self absorbed lady, who thinks she owns these two men, and she will do anything to get them. The story is Hot, and the he sex is mind blowing...

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Table for Three?

when Riley sat in bar, bobbing her head, while unaware of all that was really going on, and unaware of what type of club she was in.

What about Christian Fox’s performance did you like?

Christian did an excellent job...only one complaint..I wish there was a better voice for Riley, the female voices sorta bothered me. BUT...The story was awesome, and the male voice was awesome.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes..I have listened to this a couple of times.

Any additional comments?

This is a great erotica, bdsm novel....worth a credit

A hot and sexy Menage story

Any additional comments?

Lainey Reese has written a very sexy Menage story that is mostly Sex Sex and lot's more Steamy Sex. There is not a lot else going on in the story line so if you can't handle books that don't have much else in them best star away from this fire....... I love Christian Fox's voice for the male leads - Very nice :)

Beautiful ménage (mfm) book

Table for Three is a great listen! The storyline is complex and logical as well as satisfying. The suspense that is developed throughout the story is realistic and the motivation of the protagonist is realistic. The plot is interesting and easily carries all of the sex scenes which are plentiful and super HOT, tasteful and at times creative. The three main characters are wonderfully developed, deep and easy to love; even minor characters are well developed and emotionally available. This is a fully developed book -- no cliffhanger even though there is a very nice tease encouraging you to look for the next book in the series (it is well written too but I like book one in the series best).
With Christian Fox narrating I hardly need to address the performance aspect right? It is of course top notch per usual. He has an amazing ability to narrate both men and women without being distracting. He always gives his characters unique voices so you can effortlessly follow the narrative never being confused as to whom is speaking. Finally his voice is just plain pleasing which is important if you are going to be listening to it for hours.
I would most definitely recommend this book to you; I feel it is worth your credit or your money. I often return to this book like it's an old friend -- it is that well written and narrated. Happy reading!

Not so crazy about the Narrator.....

This was a HOT book, don't get me wrong, but I think a different man could have made the narration a lot better. I don't think that Christian Fox has a masculine enough voice for the part. I sometimes found his voice almost "creepy". ALSO.... If you aren't into MMF sex then this is not the book for you. BUT, If you like a lot of erotica in one book, then this is the one for you! All in all, I think definitely it's well worth a credit.

great book, poorly read

What made the experience of listening to A Table for Three the most enjoyable?

It was a very steamy story.

What did you like best about this story?

Great sex! Great angst!

How could the performance have been better?

A more masculine narrator would have made a world of difference. Christian Fox is ok but he just doesn't have a masculine voice. He does the female characters well. I just didn't feel like he really enjoyed the story. Definitely needed a more masculine voice. If you could get a different narrator I would buy the audible all over again!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It did make me laugh and tons of butterflies!!

No story, all sex.

If your looking to read some steamy scenes for a few hours, this is the book for you. If you prefer some substance and an actual storyline, then I'd pass on this one. It's basically sex, literally from start to finish! The book starts out with a sex scene in the club, and it just gets steamier from there.

I give it 2.5 stars for the sex and 1/2 a star for story.

THREE IS THE MAGIC NUMBER

Would you consider the audio edition of A Table for Three to be better than the print version?

I have only heard the audio version, I might (time permitting) venture into the ebook. Loved the story.

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Table for Three?

OH wow EVERYTHING!!! Probably Riley's trip to the Hospital, as horrible as the experience was I loved seeing both of her men panicking for her wellbeing and it was heartbreaking to see them struggle with what was happening to her.

Which character – as performed by Christian Fox – was your favourite?

Kade, totally HOT!

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me laugh at times it was bittersweet, mostly HOT it made me cried once so in overall a great book if it evoked all these feelings on a reader.

Any additional comments?

This is the first Audio I heard from Christian Fox and OMG he is totally brilliant, he did all those voices with ease and made sure to keep the listener entailed with the story.

Delicious narration...

Riley bright eyed and bushy tailed arrives in New York and finds herself dropped off at an exclusive club. Owner Kincaid, sees the sharks circling around, instead of sending her home he becomes the shark - her innocence, ready submissiveness and addictive responses imprinting themselves, so much so he contacts Trevor they have always shared their women and Riley is special, she may be the one. A very vicious someone though will do anything to make sure there is no happy ever after.
Lainey Reese definately knows how to write an erotic scene, even better Christian Fox's narration will leave you in a puddle of goo.
