Motivation is a feeling not an Action

I love how Mel breaks down things to inspire you to become your best self. This episode is just another inspiration to do just that.

There will never be a day that you'll wake up and feel motivated to do something and/or anything. You need to step up, become the parent in your life and just '... do it anyway...' Seems pretty logical but we, not all seem to do that. This episode will give you a few pointers on what to do if your 'motivation' is lagging.

Highly recommend listening to this! 👍

Sorry, I couldn’t do it!

I couldn’t get past chapter 1. The voice! The admonishments …it was awful. Not sure who this is aimed at but it sure isn’t adults.
