Publisher's Summary

OK, so you’ve successfully introduced a new habit, or lost an old one, but how can you make it stick? In this episode Ash and Alice will try to work out what factors make change last. They’ll talk to Katy Milkman about her new project ‘Making Behaviour Change Stick’. She says the next step in the science of behaviour change is working out how you can make change that lasts forever.

Ash also talks to the habit expert Nir Eyal who explains that to make change last you need to make your new habit small, manageable and fun.

Looking forward to the next!

Great series; loved the interviews and the format. Looking forward to future podcasts. The content may save some a lot of money in therapy! Thanks for the effort x

Some interesting conversations and experiences BUT

Lacking any real substance to help you introduce better habits and stop your not so good habits!

Terrible audible

Not sure if the book is good or not but the whole audio is painful af, I tried so hard to listen to everything but it was just awful! The stupid jokes in the middle of the explanation, the unnecessary fake sounds of steps and birds in the background totally distracted me because sometimes it was even louder than the talk. The change of volume of the voices, as if one person was recorded with a phone and the other with a laptop or something! Just terrible! Bad at engaging, wouldn’t recommend it!
