Solid episodes, worth a listen.

Interesting but feel like it adds more questions than it answers. Of course, we are all different and so there is no one answer. Worth a listen but needs a lot of further research to be useable information. Presenters and guests are engaging enough.

Excellent series

I'm a big fan of Olly Mann - a regular listener to the Answer Me This podcast - so I downloaded this series. It's very well done; a great dynamic between the self deprecating Mann and the caring Yeo, with well presented facts. Very 'listeningable'.
