this is a very good book for learning how to reduce accent. However the author never replies email, she said more than 10times in this audio book to email her website for the free booklet that comes with this audio book. I was disappointed at that becAuse I think having that written manual will be very helpful

You definitely need to have the manual to use the audiobook, however, the publisher never sent me the manual. I’ve emailed them many times but never received any reply. Also, almost one third of the book advertising their other services that is not helpful

The author mentions that the support Manual is included with this audio book however I did not receive a copy of the support manual when I purchased the audio book.
