This meditation focuses on the negative - it makes you view yourself as unfit and not healthy - very negative approach !!!
THIS REALLY WORKS. I bought it 3 weeks ago, and have been listening every night. It started to work even from the first time, but I can't even begin to tell you how good it got over the time. By the end of the first week I exercised because I felt like I had to, but I wasn't really happy about it, but after 2 weeks I started to feel like I want to exercise, and I feel like I'm stupid if I don't. I feel like I just procrastinated like an idiot. I highly recommend it. I know that you think because it's just 20 minutes long it won't work, but it's the opposite. Because it's short, you won't get bored, and you will have the motivation to listen to it until the end. I listen to it every night before I go to sleep, and at first I payed attention, now I kinda go into a sleep mode and don't remember what he said, and I wake up when it's done. The narrator's voice is very calming, even though his accent might seem a bit weird. Good Luck.

yes and no but more... eh
It has been shown that negative words like Not, No and Don't are not heard by the mind during hypnosis and often in reading. Also, using negative words like 'terrible' are imprinted just as much as positive words like happiness. In this program Lewis uses both but I think that he uses more positive than negative so I liked it. I would change is that he wakes us up widely at the end but I would like to sleep at this time. Overall I personally liked it.
