This is deep empath knowledge.

This is deep empath knowledge with so clear and easy point. You are most likely an empath, natural, or exceptionally touchy individual. I would recommend for anyone who is an empath and would like to know more.

Better myself and protect myself.

This is an amazing audio book about vagus nerve

This audio book will surprise you, unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this audio book really explains the important of having a healthy vagus nerve. The vagus nerve has two bunches of sensory nerve cell bodies, and it connects the brainstorm to the body. It allows the brain to monitor and receive information about several of the body's different functions.
