Dry and redundant content.

The content was extremely repetitive. Struggled to finish, eventually stopped listening. Monotone reading was also difficult to listen to without feeling sleepy.

Good Guide!

I am struggling on how to deal with my sister. She does a lot of unpleasant things and I want to let go those wrong doings of her. I listen this book because I really want to help my sister, impressively it answered my why's and how's so right after finishing the book I did the guidelines I learned on how to understand her. As a result, my sister is a better person now than before she can also manage her emotions and I think that's a big improvement. Thanks to this great book my sister and I are in good terms now!

The most important ingredient to success. However, I've often noticed that there are some whose IQ is way above average yet are not successful in life
