A solid audio book

This was a solid book on the basics of EQ. It worked its way from the actual response in the brain to what shapes the response that a person will have. A big focus was towards children and the impact growing up has on a person. I would have liked to see more about the role of EQ in the work place and how to improve and develop better EQ int he workplace tough.

Day life activities..

I first heard the word "emotional intelligence" in a personal development class. Intriguied by the concept, I bought and listen this book. I does answer why it can matter more than IQ, and does give deeper understanding of how a human brain works, but it doesn't specifically apply examples to day to day life activities..

Useful audio book

Basically, I liked this good book because it describes the attributes and benefits of having people skills. It could have said what it needed to say in less words but that's the only down side to it.
