Better in hard copy
This is probably one of those books that needs to be in paper hard copy form. The detail needs to be seen more than heard.

Good primer for the book.
This ~30 minute audible overview is a great way for readers to know if they want to tackle the whole book. I am surprised more business related books don't include a 5-10 page overview for their readers. An overview for a mystery novel would be silly, but I believe a must have for a business or self help book. This audio format is just that.

Emotionally too brief!
Look this is a very, very, very brief summary of the full version. Read the full version first, a couple of times. Maybe this "CHEAT SHEET" will work for you.

A lot of "fluff"
Some good ideas but unfortunately there is mainly fluff to fill the space in the book

Duh
I guess if you're really awkward or abrasive then this would be a good book for you. There are some helpful reminders about how to listen and communicate. People too often become completely about themselves. I did not find any jaw dropping ah-ha moments. However this is a summary so perhaps the book offers more insight.

Nulla di nuovo
Semplicistico, niente di nuovo, una raccolta di buon senso di cose già note. Forse utile per chi si avvicina all'argomento per la prima volta.
