September ihre Erlebnisse, Gefühle und Gedanken fest. So entstand ein Kompendium teils intimer, teils distanziert-reflektierender Aufzeichnungen der Ehefrau, Mutter und Autorin in ihrem Hadern mit dem System vor und nach der Wende. Christa Wolf selbst liest ihre Erinnerungen aus vier Jahrzehnten deutsch-deutscher Vergangenheit.
