Great character/world development
I love that this novella covers more of the Heralds and the order of the Skybreakers. What a fascinating universe Sanderson has created for us in his Cosmos. If you haven’t read the Mistborn series, it is easily as good as the Stormlight archive.
I’m not a huge fan of Kate’s over-annunciations, but she does a good job of voicing the different characters. Sometimes I have to stop listening to her because it’s too slow amongst other things. I wish that between her and Michael Kramer, they would sit down and agree on the annunciation of names and phrases for some consistency between the readings of the main Stormlight stories. Especially names.
I absolutely cannot wait for Rhythm of War! Bring it on!

Kate reading is actually good, for once
Kate Reading does a splendid job as Lift, really bringing the character to life, thankfully there aren't many large speaking parts of male characters, so Kate Reading really shone through in this one
Credit where credit is due, I think it's a perfect fit for Lift's character

Witty and heartwarming
I loved listening to this book after having listened to Oathbringer and Rhythm of War. Lift stood out as a cheeky girl forever hungry and witty, she quickly warmed her way to my heart. Edgedancer truly was a pleasure to discover and Lift is now one of my favourite characters in the series and of all time.
I thought the narrator did a wonderful job conveying her essence and I will be listening to the book over and over again in future. Thank you
