Publisher's Summary

In Dreaming of Love, Emily Braden is a leader in architectural preservation, a pillar in her small hometown, and successful in everything she does - with the exception of finding true love. She's watched several of her brothers fall in love, and she needs this trip to Tuscany to get away from it all and to stop focusing on what she doesn't have.

Dae Bray doesn't do flings, and he never stays in one place for very long. As a demolitionist he goes where jobs take him, and the more often he travels, the better. His trip to Tuscany is all work - until he meets smart and sexy Emily, who makes him reconsider his fear of settling down, his no-fling rule - and just about everything else he's ever believed about himself.

Passion sizzles as Dae and Emily explore the history and beauty of Tuscany. Their romance moves beyond tourist attractions to the bedroom, blossoming into a deep connection neither can deny. But their worlds collide when Emily wants to preserve the property that Dae is there to demolish. Can a woman who sees the beauty in preservation and a man whose life is spent tearing things down find a solid foundation for their love?

everyone deserves a Dae

I've been waiting for Emily's book ever since we meet the Trusty Braden's. I was not disappointed. Dae was such a romantic. He was the dream guy every woman deserves. I guess the only thing I felt was lacking was there was no mention of the Bray/Braden/Remington connection. BJ's narration is spot on. He's really got a great voice.

Emily and Dae's HEA

Emily Braden is an architect designing passive homes; Dae Bray is a demolition expert. They meet while staying at the same villa in Tuscany and decide to tour the countryside together. As they begin to spend every minute together, Dae and Emily’s feelings turn from friendship to love; their chemistry is off the charts. As they explore their feelings for one another, will their professions drive a wedge between them or can they find a common ground to a HEA. This is a wonderful romantic story set in Tuscany.

I loved it! This book was the best in the series so far! The narration was outstanding and gave the story that extra flair! The author did an amazing job with the character builds and plot. I can't recommend this series enough! I look forward to reading the next book in this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

...the heart wants what it wants.

Dutiful daughter, trusted friend, loyal sister and obvious romantic. It feels like I've been waiting forever for Emily Braden to find her Prince Charming. Surprisingly, it wasn't how I thought it would be. Dreaming of Love is the story of two dreamers in desperate need of a wake up call. Foster puts Emily on a collison course with heartache in the form of Dae Bray. He's the antithesis of everything Emily believes in. Yet, the heart wants what it wants. Their path is paved with the battle scars of heartbreak and the guiding light of compromise. Out of the collateral damage comes the hope for something more. Although I enjoy listening to Mr. Harrison wax poetic, I was hoping that the audio would give two points of view, in two different voices. I got more than I ever expected, but was still hoping for a little bit more.

Romantic and Swoony

Dreaming of Love is the fifth book in the Braden’s at Trusty series but can definitely be read as a standalone. The story mainly takes place in Tuscany where Emily Braden is vacationing thanks to a gift from her brother. Emily has loved seeing her brothers find their true loves and soulmates but despairs ever finding that for herself. The story (and setting) is romantic, swoony and hot, hot, Hot! It also deep and touching as Emily and Dae Bray have to find a middle ground to land on when they are on complete opposite sides of an ideal. “You’re no longer possibly mine. You’re not even my sure thing,” she whispered. “You’re my everything.” I love listening to these stories on audiobook and really enjoy this narrator. -4 Stars!-

Wonderful!

BJ Harrison knocks it out of the park again with his mad narrating skills as Melissa Foster does the same with her writing on this wonderful tale about falling in love in Italy. I love all things Braden, so of course I think Emily is awesome. But Dae, wow, I can't think of a better word for him than DREAMY. Loved the story line, the ease at which these two connected and just knew but how they still faced some dilemmas. I also loved the look into Tuscany, it's culture and the people they get close to while there. And of course I adore Emily and Dae, and the Braden clan.

Great Read

Dreaming of Love was a great read by Melissa Foster. This is book five in The Bradens at Trust, CO series. Emily is a character that I have absolutely fell in love with in the previous Braden books. Emily's in Tuscany trying to forget about how badly she wants to find a love of her own. Dae isn't looking for a relationship but doesn't expect the feelings when he meets Emily. Unfortunately the differences in their jobs may get in the way. I loved this book and can't wait to read more by Melissa Foster.

Expertly written and narrated.

Dreaming of Love is the story of Emily Braden and Dae Bray. Emily is on vacation in Italy and meets Dae who is there for work, at the villa they are staying at. They hit it off and spend time together. Several other stories are within this one, the wishing tree and the MIA son in law of the owners of the villa. I love the way Melissa Foster had weaves them together flawlessly resulting a heartfelt novel. BJ Harrison’s narration accentuates the emotions already described. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Witty and Serious

Melissa penned a hot and delicious story of love in Italy. B. J. Harrison will pull air from your lungs with the narration of it. Emily Braden is an architect and she travels out of Trusty, Colorado to Tuscany, Italy to get away for a while. Dae Bray travels to Tuscany to demolish a house with a tree growing into it. When they meet passion sizzles, but they have a big problem. Emily wants to preserve the house and Dae was hired to demolish it. Dae did not do flings and Emily was not fling materiel. Would a house and tree come between them? The story will have a powerful effect on you!

Love in Tuscany

Emily Braden is a self-assured and organized business woman who specializes in designing passive homes and buildings. She is the only girl in a family with 5 overprotective brothers so dating has always been a challenge. Her brother gives her a trip to Tuscany as a thank you gift and she is thrilled to visit this beautiful part of Italy. Dae Bray is a demolitons expert with an alpha overprotective nature and is in Tuscany to check out a potential demolition job. He and Emily meet unexpectedly on her first night in Italy and they are both stunned by the attraction they feel for each other. They spend every minute they can together trying to ignore the big stumbling block of their respective professions... she preserves things and he blows them up. Can they make this relationship work? Thrown into the mix is the issue of the villa he is supposed to check out which is the site of the "house of wishes" which is well known in the region. I have read this book as well as listened to the audio version and I loved it. The story is engaging and the secondary storyline adds so much to the romance of the book. I like the narrator and I would recommend this book without hesitation.

Holiday Romance

Emily Braden has been given a holiday in Italy by her brother. Not looking for a romance one of the first people she meets is Dae Bray. The attraction is instant and takes them on a journey of fun and adventure. There is a slight bump along the way when Emily finds out why Dae is in Italy. He is a demolition expert, and Emily is an architectural preserver. But somehow they find a way to work together. There is also the side story of Adelina and her family who are waiting for the return of a loved one. It also introduces us to more of Dae and Leanna's brothers and sister, which would make great reading.
