"Draußen scheint der Regen" ist eine Sammlung von Kurzkapiteln, in denen kurzerhand alles Denkbare - "ob mensch, pflanze, tier, stein oder artefarkt" - wortschöpferisch imaginiert werden kann. Sein Ansatz ist altmodisch avantgardistisch. In seinen Texten gesellt sich Lyrisches zu Romaneskem, vermischt sich Zartes mit Grobem, Mythologisches wie Alltagstaugliches mit Sprachspiel und -ernst, exakt Vermessenes neben kalkuliert Verschnittenem.
