Although this book is definitely targetting more towards early teens, I'm Much older than this and i still very much enjoyed the book, it would make a great movie, with the same target audience as Harry Potter. This books filled with likeable characters and loathsome nasties, interesting tale about dragons and dragon riders coupled with a great narrator to bring life to each character which was done very well in this case. for me in my mid 30s, this is not an epic adventure book but it held my interest well enough for me to recommend it with 4.5 stars.
