Satisfied with it !

I love Dr. Sebi 🙂

This audio book is a turning point in my life. I needed a change in my nutrition, and this diet is it. I have been on Dr. Sebi's diet for a month now, and I feel so much better; this audio book had a significant impact on me.

Very well done audio book !

I like how the book is written and narrated. It tells you all bout Dr. Sebi's diet and analyzes the pros and cons. I think it is a lovely book if one wants to get the full picture of alkaline foods.

Perfect start for me !

Very motivating discussion audible for me.

The alkaline diet is based on the premise that the acid or alkaline load of the food you eat can impact your health poorly if you’re eating a higher acid load and positively if you’re consuming foods that promote a more alkaline environment.

The audible details explanation useful for my life

I highly prefer this audio guidebook for everyone.

The alkaline diet's reported benefits aren't supported by science, but it does have one single benefit: It can help you eat better, if you typically have a diet that's highly processed without many whole foods.

The most interesting topics of weight loss.

The thinking is that foods that produce acid ash lead to the breakdown of bones to offset the extra acid in the body leading to an increased risk of osteoporosis, while alkaline ash foods decrease this risk.

It was interesting and i learned a lot from it.

It's completely inaccurate that's because the pH balance of your urine goes up and down depending on the foods you eat (and urine acidity does not impact your health, as it's what the body is flushing out.
