Excellent!!!
I've read a lot of books and listened to a huge amount of podcasts to find out what happened to me. It seems I know the theories but I can't use them much. But with this book, the author write everything down in a very clear and simple way, just like pure water, and now I know the answer. Also his voiceover is amazing. Thank you so much Joseph Nguyen.

How to stop worrying
I don’t mind this book. It’s good to listen to as a reminder not to worry about things. Joseph teaches us to be aware of our thoughts, not to follow our thoughts, but to follow our intuition which is connected to God of the universe.
The only thing I am a little annoyed about is that Joseph refers to God of the bible as She. He refers to the part of the bible where God reveals himself to Moses, where Moses asks God who shall he say that he is. God answers with I AM THAT I AM. If you read this passage of the bible you would find that God is referred to as a He, not a She.
Other than that, I don’t mind this book. I was curious to know what Joseph has to offer on the subject of the mind. I don’t know yet if it’s possible to switch off worrying with the suggested strategies. I will have to try and see if it works.
