Pinocchio glaubt, dass er eine gute Note in Musik bekommen kann, wenn er eine Zauberflöte benutzt, anstatt zu üben. Allerdings spielt er nur falsche Noten, denn die einzige Zauberkraft der Flöte besteht darin, dass sie ihren Besitzer anlockt: einen bunten Musikanten namens Tibur. Pinocchio hofft, dass er dank der rechtzeitigen Ankunft des Musiklehrers seine Noten doch noch verbessern kann.
