Die Schrecken der deutschen Sprache ist ein kurzer humoristisch-satirischer Essay des US-amerikanischen Schriftstellers Mark Twain aus dem Jahre 1880. Das englische Original wurde zuerst in der Anthologie „A Tramp Abroad" als Annex D veröffentlicht.
