Da dachte der Herr daran, ihn aus dem Futter zu schaffen, aber der Esel merkte, dass kein guter Wind wehte, lief fort und machte sich auf den Weg nach Bremen: dort, meinte er, könnte er ja Stadtmusikant werden.
