Well done. fast and easy for what i needed
a very simple book that goes straight to the point, I wanted a clear introduction and a simple summary of the potential of this therapy, an excellent audiobook for someone like me who has just started and wants to understand more without going to read too complicated books. i recommended it, and i notice that here on audible i can also download every book i bought which is great. cheers
