Amazing audio book

As a beginner's guide to DBT, it is very well listening to and gets the basic points down in a gentle and understanding manner. The lessons and structure of DBT are absent; there is only the base idea beneath the situations.

Convenient, and stress-free way.

This author gives examples and tells other peoples stories and how they got through it and whatnot. It's concentrating on changing your attitudes and leading you down a controlled, convenient, and stress-free way.

. It has been an excellent tool to help me learn mindfulness and ways to handle my anxiety. I am listening to one chapter a day then spending time thinking about what I've learned. I would suggest doing the same and not just racing through to the end. If you have anxiety, you want this book!

East stuff and informative

This book was great if you have any problem with emotional control. I am not an advanced case, but I wanted to find some skills and tools for when I was becoming flooded with anxiety. It takes a long time to get through, and I began to pick and choose what project I was going to do. It's not an overnight fix, but I saw some fast improvements.

Headline

This is a medical book rather than a book that would help a BPD sufferer. It doesn’t explain the condition or how to treat it for the patient. It is for therapists.
