"You only live once," Kent said, and I was thinking you only die once, too. Kent worked for NASA and he was obsessed with the planet Mars. At night he would drag out his powerful telescope so we all could see this red planet for ourselves. "About a vacation on Mars?" said Kent. I was thinking, how in the world are we going to do that? Of course, Amelia and Braiden, were jumping up and down with excitement. So the planning begins, which was left up to me. I started researching on the web and through the countless books in Kent's library. There was so much to think about; weightlessness, choosing a spacecraft, what to pack, what to eat and how to eat, and countless other things. It was so overwhelming. I needed to plan, not only for me, but Kent, Braiden and Amelia.
