Ursula Neeb wurde 1947 in Bad Nauheim geboren. Nach dem Studium der Kulturwissenschaften, Geschichte und Soziologie arbeitete sie für längere Zeit im Deutschen Filmmuseum in Frankfurt bevor sie zur Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung wechselte. Zurzeit ist Ursula Neeb als freie Archivarin und Autorin tätig.
