Mit den Schweinen war das anders. Die fuhren hin und her, rissen hier und dort etwas vom Boden weg, blieben nirgends stehen, und wenn eines sah, dass das andere einen Fund machte, stürzte es grunzend hin und suchte es zu vertreiben. Sie waren beständig in Unruhe, voll Neid, und nicht einmal während des Fressens konnten sie es unterlassen, giftig herumzuschauen, ob es nicht einem anderen besser ginge.
