Wonderful podcast

So great to have access to Deepak Chopra's spiritual teachings and content of such high quality. Even better, it's current and discussing issues happening right now. Greatly appreciated.

Two stars. It's OK

Depends on the guest. Some are good, some are just using the Depak brand to add to their resume. And way too much political commentary for a "mind body zone" theme. I've been a follower of Chopra over the years, and this brought him down a notch in my mind.

Not interesting

Esoteric and uninteresting. Wonder why audible recommended this to me. Clear no for me. Box or no box. The box is still rooted in reality. This podcast not.

I got a lot out of this.

There were a couple interviews that just weren't up my alley but that's okay. I took a lot away from this, overall very uplifting and insightful.

Powerful Truths

I love the incorporation of interviews and telling of personal truth. The beauty of vulnerability and the way Deepak can always slide through the clutter and recognize source. He addresses the taboo such as religious shame and outside forces & distortion of reality; to allow the reader to ground in truth.

Each episode is followed by a nice meditation and reinforcement of knowledge. SO GLAD I BEGAN🙌🏽

Please continue to share your gift through this source; you are appreciated Deepak.

confused by negative reviews

this podcast is AMAZING!
I'm completely confused by the negative reviews. the ones that stand out say how shirt it is, maybe they just listened to the intro podcast???
each topic has a guest and is about 20-30 minutes long. then that's followed by a meditation episode that's about 10 minutes long. Deepak discusses things about the topic and then offers like a 1-2 meditation at the end... oh, maybe they're complaining about the length of the meditation???
oh, yeah, don't listen to this for the meditations, it's not about that... this is about the topics and how meditation can help you go through those hard topics. this is not a guided meditation series.

another negative one that stands out is the person was saying how it seems like the guests are there to self promote and such.
I whole heartedly disagree. I've only listened to the first 3, but I've been raving amd sharing the Vulnerability and Trauma episodes like crazy! they are so good, and speek the truth about these hard things.
but, Operah does mention in the Vulnerability one about people are at different points in their lives and can only really hear the knowledge passed if they're in that state to receive it..... so maybe there's that going on.

anyways, so far this is an amazing podcast chalked full of raw truths that really get you thinking and empathizing and loving more.
thank you, thank you so much for this. I will share and refer back often!

So important for today. A must listen

While short this episode contains some deep learning potential. Interconnection is vital for life and Deepak offers a wonderful view here of how you might remember that you are interconnected, intertwined with the very fabric of life.
Listen and listen again.
