This excellent series continues as good as ever. Though in this narration it seems to just end. I read another review that a chapter or two is missing. I agree. Bren is starting to be more of a lord and more decisive. No one writes realistic social interactions like Cherryh, her heroes are never free to do as they want, though in this instalment Bren does get free of some restrictions.
