Really enjoyed the story line and the twist was pretty awesome! Started out like most boy meets girl stories and then it turns and unravel layers of mafia themes, obsession and stalker kinks. Oh and it’s Joe Arden … man could read the phone book and sound sexy!

Started ok but soon revealed itself as an ongoing romantic sex scene. The story continues with teenaged fantasies that I couldn't be bothered with.
If you want a Mills and Boon story this will be fine for you, I want something with more substance.

Recommended by a friend and absolutely worth the chaos it caused in my house while I listened. What starts as a simple charity auction spirals fast into obsession, danger, and one mafia-adjacent man who has no chill whatsoever — and I loved it.

Brand is peak “I hate everyone but you” energy, and Aria is a beautifully relatable mess. Their tension is sharp, their chemistry is addictive, and the whole thing delivers that delicious dark-romance grit without dragging.

And the twist? Yeah… didn’t see that coming. I paused the audiobook and just stared for a minute.

Fast, dramatic, a little unhinged — exactly the kind of dark romance I crave.
