Helpful, Practical, Insightful!

This is a hugely helpful and well-researched read for those unable to avoid the Narcissists in their lives. It focuses on healing and moving forward rather than blame and thus gives the sufferer hope. It provides practical and achievable strategies for coping while building the confidence of the sufferer by letting them know that they are not alone in their struggles. It covers well the Narcissist we may meet in different roles within our lives. An affirming and courage building read. Sydney Koh voices her indepth knowledge of the Narcissist in a relatable and understandable language enabling the reader to benefit from her research into and personal experience of the condition. It is a practical guide that opens doors of revelation into the behaviours of those we love yet struggle to live alongside. I am highly recommending this book to those I meet, who acknowledge they are drowning in the confusion that living with a Narcissist brings.
