Publisher's Summary

If you are in a toxic relationship with Mister or Miss Always Right and you feel suffocated and confused all the time due to Mr. Manipulative or Ms. Gaslighting, then keep reading.

Is there just too much drama in your life? You may be in a relationship with a narcissist.

Stop awhile, though.

Do people walk on eggshells around you? Do they seem nervous or strained? Then maybe, you are at the other end of the spectrum. Maybe, you are Miss Drama or Mr. Bossy. Yes, these may be the actual names that others use on you when you are not listening.

Maybe you are Mister or Miss Bystander, just want to inform yourself or a person who is in too deep, with the scars of abuse (physical or otherwise) too many to count.

This audiobook, while it cannot provide an official diagnosis, can take your hand and assist you towards a path to healing. You will feel that your personality will start to erode. Do not just jump to conclusions and make hasty decisions. Once you are equipped with the knowledge, you will better know what you need to do.

This audiobook will attempt to help not just those who have decided to leave, but also those who have decided to stay. Whatever your eventual choices maybe, you are the master. You have suffered enough under the controlling devices of a person who has lost his psyche a long time ago. There is no need to put more salt into your wounds by judging you for your choices.

You can listen to this audiobook in the privacy of your own home, but you can also form a team. Find the other people who are part of the narcissist’s life. Maybe you can design an intervention or maybe you can just create a safe and healthy haven among yourselves. A trip to a mental health professional is also recommended.

You will learn:

  • how to recognize narcissism and its causes
  • understand the difference between the various types and sub-types of narcissism, including which ones are the most dangerous
  • how to better describe your relationship
  • to see through the smoke and mirrors that sometimes accompany a codependent and toxic relationship with a narcissist
  • what narcissism looks like in various contexts and relationships
  • how the narcissist’s desire for perfection presents a huge problem.
  • whether or not a narcissist can affect the whole family
  • how to make sure that you never fall into the trap of narcissism again
  • how to start the healing process and get on the path to being a better and healthier you

For those who suspect that they are narcissists themselves, you can also get this audiobook to know yourself better and understand what that festering emptiness is all about.

This audiobook is a methodical brochure for those whose lives have been blighted by narcissism.

Very interesting book..

Not all narcissists are easy to spot, and this book nails it - passive-aggressive. It was not only informative and validating but had powerful, life-changing suggestions such as: spotting them in the future, managing interactions with them, further listening, getting support, finding a better future for yourself. I highly recommend this book!

EXCELLENT!

I wish I could give this book a million stars. No one truly understands abuse like this unless they have experienced it. This book clarified so many things that other licensed professionals could not relate to listening to when I tried to explain. It gives me hope we will actually be well again one day,

Eye-opening to the maximum

I am blown away by this amazing piece of work. Eye-opening to the maximum! As a therapist, this is a golden nugget of wisdom I will be passing on (already posted to all social media) for years to come. As a mother, my daughter will listen this front to back when she comes of age (she’s 9 now). The world is saturated with this type of abuser, unfortunately. Thank you for writing this!

Highly suggest for clinicians and clients.

I had such a hard time putting this book down! It was such an easy ready with very relevant material. I have been working with victims of abuse for 3 years and I have never found a book that truly explains what it is like until now! Highly suggest for clinicians and clients.

This book is splendid.

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. It was profoundly suggested by a companion of mine and I have seen it as very supportive. I don't think it is as much about revealing to you whether to leave a relationship as it is helping you manage a narcissistic individual. his book has made me feel invited and solid and I at last feel like I have the high ground with the majority of this information. It has altogether improved my point of view and my grievousness. The writer obviously composed this book.

It is an exceptionally obvious a savvy listen. Clear and succinct approaches to accomplish the ideal outcome and accompany exercises and different assets to enable you to consider.

This is the most detailed, supportive and insightful view on the relationship problems a lot of people are experiencing, very helpful for those suffering from personality disorders and their families. Well explained.

If you even suspect you're with a hidden abuser or are leaving one, this book is for you. It gave me incredible insights into how I was manipulated, lied to, coerced and abused. It helped me crawl out of the hole I was in and find a new and far better life. It's also smooth and easy to listen to.

GET THIS ONE!!!

I got this book for myself and then for a friend going through something similar. It was amazing for me to look back at the steps of healing, notice what I did in my own life, and find out where I am on my own journey. It’s been eye-opening for my friend going through her own troubles. I’d defiantly recommend to anyone going through an emotionally abusive relationship or who have gotten out of one.

I’m enjoying this book SO much,

I’m enjoying this book SO much, I will probably re-listen it many times-the overwhelming message of the book is keeping the focus on YOU and your recovery...not just simply diving into the lists of patterns & characteristics of the narcissist. That is to say, it’s informative but balanced,- you get the rarest combination of raw truth & hope. If you’re looking for answers: Why me? Why did this person treat me this way? How do prevent this from ever happening to me again? This book has them.

This book is splendid.

This book helped me see more things about myself as well as other people. Perusing the book demonstrated to me that she would be the ideal manual for leading me through the cloudy dim waters of my sub cognizant lastly discharge the apparitions of my mind that had driven me over and again into the arms of narcissists. I was raised under the dull skies of a dark star and I'm am beginning to sparkle so brilliantly you just may need sunglasses to associate with me!

An excellent guidebook.

Narcissistic Relationship is an excellent guidebook. I love to listen to this book. It was highly recommended by a friend of mine and I have found it to be extremely helpful. I don't think it is as much about telling you whether or not to leave a relationship as it is helping you deal with a narcissistic person. his book has made me feel welcomed and strong and I finally feel like I have the upper hand with all of this knowledge. It has significantly improved my perspective and my heartbreak. The author very clearly wrote this book. I like it. Thanks
