Tom Sonnborn hat alles versucht, um seine Schlafstörungen loszuwerden - ohne Erfolg. Als er von einem Schlaflabor in den Schweizer Alpen hört, das auf eine neuartige Therapieform setzt, schöpft er neue Hoffnung. Und tatsächlich: Bereits kurz nach seiner Ankunft in der Klinik schläft Tom so gut wie lange nicht mehr. Auch zuhause wird er zum regelrechten Langschläfer.
