On a long road trip our family were all engaged in the life of Danny, the relationship with his dad, the many characters we met along the way and how he was truly the Champion of the World. Such a well told story, clearly communicated, building each character and keeping the listener engrossed in the adventure. Would recommend for all the family and primary school age kids.

Great story, well told. The narration is particularly strong. The kids were spellbound. A Dahl without the silliness he sometimes falls into. Beautiful and uplifting and very funny.
