Quality content and narration!

I am in recovery and no longer feel like have my disorders are a death sentence on my life. I can get better, and I am. I recommend this book to anyone, you don't have to have a mental disorder for it to be helpful.

This audible teaches you step by step

There were many points in here that reinforced the benefits of DBT and adapted certain strengths for partners to use. I was curious enough to seek the next suggestion from Fruzzetti. To understand this I would highly recommend counseling as well as couples.

This book is fabulous, it really is. Narration in the book is fully similar to the name

I liked it. I have been going through DBT to deal with some anxiety and this gave me a greater understanding of why we do certain activities and exercises certain ways and it really has helped me get the most of my sessions.

A new section of my life that helped by the book
