Luca takes a job in a remote firewatch tower for a few months to focus on an article, meets Artair who is camping in the woods. Both are big hairy bears.

I loved this. I'm a sucker for purple prose and this is...mauve? Lilac? Enough to be interesting but not over the top. The characters have great chemistry and Artair has a daggy finger-guns-type of humour that made me laugh aloud. The sex was well written. The author is also a bear and based on his writing he clearly likes a big man himself. This was my first listen of Victor Quixabas and he did a great job, adding him to my list of narrators to watch for.

It was a beyond beautiful story made me feel seen as a bear myself and someone who has struggled with my body and the positivity of it all especially here in Australia it made me feel hopeful and seen and just like I belong somewhere

It just hit the right spots

I have been following the author for sometime on social media and have been waiting for the books to come onto audio. This book just makes me feel seen as a bugger guy dating another big guy. It's hot and romantic but also touching and sweet. Even if you don't relate, it's a good listen

Narration was well performed and didn’t make me cringe, like some other romance novels can.
