interesting and entertaining what's not to like

in our modern technology driven age it is very beneficial to connect with the past and realise that we aren't as bright as we thought and the value of ancient wisdom . Thought and hopefully habit privoking

Thoroughly enjoyable

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast. It is super informative and with a positive theme - I was able to learn lots about different historic self help strategies while having a laugh. I also enjoyed producer Sera popping up throughout the series!

Fun enough but very light

Very light entertainment. The attention to actual history, the people they're looking at and the methods themselves is very minimal - it is far more focused on just some comedians bantering. It has enough funny moments to be an entertaining listen, but if you're looking for any substance, just be aware that you won't find it here.

Light hearted entertainment

Great concept, loved the inclusion of a historian and could have done with more of his input.

3 hosts are good, everyone will no doubt have their fav. Wish they changed how the whole competitive part worked as this was a bit disjointed and prob could have been dropped really and replaced just with a pass/fail.

Could be significant difference between nature of the challenge; some consistency here would have been better too.

Ultimately, short and sweet; ideal to fill random blocks of time.

Updated my opinion after lmao of episode 3 while at work and trying to hide the laugh and watering eyes.
