Publisher's Summary
Now an original series starring Rosamund Pike as Moiraine!
Since its debut in 1990, The Wheel of Time® by Robert Jordan has captivated millions of readers and listeners around the globe with its scope, originality, and compelling characters.
The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.
The seals of Shayol Ghul are weak now, and the Dark One reaches out. The Shadow is rising to cover humankind.
In Tar Valon, Min sees portents of hideous doom. Will the White Tower itself be broken?
In the Two Rivers, the Whitecloaks ride in pursuit of a man with golden eyes, and in pursuit of the Dragon Reborn.
In Cantorin, among the Sea Folk, High Lady Suroth plans the return of the Seanchan armies to the mainland.
In the Stone of Tear, the Lord Dragon considers his next move. It will be something no one expects, not the Black Ajah, not Tairen nobles, not Aes Sedai, not Egwene or Elayne or Nynaeve.
Against the Shadow rising stands the Dragon Reborn....

Frustrating
I kept waiting for eomething to happen and when it did the epilogue arrived. One or two characters story arcs not progressing is to be expected but everyone's is frustrating

Nothing much happens.
Plot development almost stops. Even the scenes with Matt drag. Perrin is at his most annoying.

the way the narrators changed their voice depending on what character they portraited. storry is flowing
Not as full of action as the other books in the story, but just an engaging.

Another easy to listen to book
Another great book in the series. The narrators are good and do an excellent job . After reading the first 5 books before trying the audible way of reading, I have mostly listened to the next 5 books. I still like to read here and there but I listen while diving my car and on the train while travelling to and from work which has sped up the completion of the last novels

Nothing. This book is toilet paper
Probably the biggest waste of time conceivable. This book is incredibly boring. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Endless boring conversations that have nothing to do with whatever the story is meant to be. I want my money back.

Just too long & repetitive
I think this series is being dragged out just for the sake of making more money. It is so repetitive and quite frankly I am sick of the constant references to corporal punishments. Switching, paddling, birchings and smacking bottoms. Makes me think Jordan had some kind of B & D fetish going on. Perrin’s hunt for his wife is now over 2 books. Seriously it’s the most painful storyline in the series. Matt and his rolling dice are as annoying as the smackings. I would seriously skip this book on a re-read as except for the final chapter nothing happens in this book. The only good thing is the narration.

Easily by far worst book hands down
This book was just so so so terrible. The series is long and complex and amazing. Each book is usually 75% set up and 25% action, but this is just 100% nothing. The performances were amazing as usual and that kept me in it… just…

Lots of unnecessary stuff
Fleeing from Ebou Dar with the kidnapped Daughter of the Nine Moons, Mat Cauthon learns that he can neither keep her nor let her go, for both the Shadow and the might of the Seanchan empire are now in deadly pursuit. At Tar Valon, Egwene al'Vere lays siege to the White Tower. And Rand al'Thor must gamble again, with himself at stake - not knowing which of his allies are really enemies.
Unfortunately I found the final books Jordan wrote in the series (before Sanderson took over after he died) really drawn out with not much action or activities bearing on the plot. Still good characters and you'll want to know what happens so stick with it - I just have to admit it can be dull and slow going. Narrators still great on audible books.
