Shay Evans is your typical teenager about to finish her senior year of high school at Tremper High School in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. She is getting ready to attend college next summer with her twin brother, Tommy. Shay has pretty good grades, doesn’t get into trouble, and she isn’t the most popular girl in school.
