one of her best 👌

This is an engrossing tale with many twists and brilliant characterisations .
There is more warmth and kindness than some of her earlier books. It is a fitting end to the Jack Caffrey series.

Wolf howling

There was some interesting characterisation here, but so much gratuitous violence, and a very cliched baddie. I felt unnecessarily soiled on finishing the novel.
