Fascinating, unique and one of the best books ever

It’s years since I read this, so I won’t try and relate details. But in the hundreds of recommended books I’ve read since this still stands out as one of the best. If I get alzheimers one day, I’ll be listening to it on endless loop and saving on my audible subscription.
