Enter Timothy Blake, code name Hangman. Blake is a genius, known for solving impossible cases. He's also a psychopath with a dark secret and the FBI's last resort.

But this time Blake might have met his match. The kidnapper is more cunning and ruthless than anyone he's faced before. AMAZING

The narrator is fantastic, the story is incredible. It's a fascinating idea that is written so well and thought out very carefully. Genuinely didn't expect a lot of the twists! 10/10

Packed with twists and suspense

Jack Heath has done it again. I felt like I was right there alongside the characters and Christopher Raglan, well, such talent.

I would defiantly recommend this book to people who love twists, full 360 twists, twists I never saw coming and some I guessed correctly but only for a short while until he twisted that as well.

It is Crime packed up against a subject most would not entertain but it is so well written that it dosent matter, you just want to know what happened.

Great read

This is a quirky story with a twist in its tail.
Absorbing from beginning to end.
The only slightly irritating thing is the southern US drawl of the narrator (‘ah’ instead of ‘ee’). You forget it after a while as the story unfolds ...

Could have been amazing

The narrator was excellent, the story was meh. Such a clever concept and it really should have been in-put-downable but I had to rewind and go back a number of times. Sorry but it’s a NO from me and I’m (sadly) unlikely to read this author again

Too gruesome for me!

While I found the storyline good and intriguing and it kept me going for 2/3rds of the book, the main character's gruesome behaviour became too much for me. I've decided to return it unfinished.

Interesting and different

The main character and his activities were difficult to listen to and unlike any character I have ever read but, in saying that, I found I had to keep listening to find out what happens.
The story had quite a few twists and turns and I found the narrator brilliant, very clever especially around character vocals.

Not at all what I was expecting.

I thought the Southern twang would drive me crazy but now I couldn't think of Blake speaking any other way! So good!

Not a fan

The narration was great, the plot not so much. The ending really made no sense and left me regretting listening to the whole thing.
