 Berlin, Berlin … ! Conni freut sich auf die große Stadt. Sie darf übers Wochenende ihren Cousin Michi und ihren Onkel Andreas besuchen. Es ist das erste Mal, dass Conni eine so weite Strecke alleine mit dem Zug fährt. In Berlin angekommen wird sie von den beiden abgeholt und schon beginnt Connis kleines Großstadtabenteuer. Zuerst geht es zum "Alex", dem Platz am Berliner Fernsehturm. Im Telecafé passiert Conni dann das Malheur: Ihr roter Rucksack samt Rückfahrticket ist weg! Dafür findet sie einen Rucksack, der fast so aussieht wie ihr eigener – sogar der Inhalt ist ähnlich. Offenbar gehört dieser Rucksack einer anderen Ausflüglerin. Conni findet heraus, dass die Besitzerin eine gewisse Klara ist, die auch als Touristin in Berlin unterwegs ist. Sie entdeckt ein Foto des Mädchens mit ihrem Hund und in Klaras Reiseführer auch einen Plan, in den sie notiert hat, wann welche touristische Attraktion auf dem Programm steht.
