if you want an overwhelming high level list
Perhaps I moved too quickly on this book without doing adequate research. It's nothing but and overwhelming, high level list of things you have to do to be more confident. Takes what is not an easy concept and over simplifies it, when really I would have benefitted from something in between the two. I walked away feeling like I didn't know where to start. It would have been better with exercises, stories or something to really help these things connect.
